摘    要:目前,内蒙古地区高中语文教师注重知识,还没有把转变学习方式作为课堂教学的重要部分;寻找教学效果不佳原因时,以外归因的思维方式为主;意识到自我反思对专业的重要性,渴望得到专家的指导,专业交往局限于本校同学科教师;业余读写局限于语文教学资源,且被动因素居多;对网络在专业发展中的作用认识不足;对高中新课改有一定了解,渴望实施语文课程改革,又担心流于形式。这些调查结果将为语文教师的专业发展和新课程改革提供更科学、更有针对性的实践依据。

An Investigation of the Secondary School Chinese Teachers in Inner Mongolia

Abstract:The Chinese teachers in Inner Mongolia attached more importance to imparting knowledge rather than changing the learning mode of the students, which makes them attribute the teaching ineffectiveness to the external factors; second, although the Chinese teachers have realized the significance of self - retrospection and ex- perts' advice to their profession, the academic discussion are limited only to school teachers on the same subject; third, they usually hold a negative attitude on extracurricular reading and writing, which is often confined to Chi- nese teaching resources ; fourth, the teachers are lack of the knowledge of the network' s role in the professional de- velopment; fifth, the teachers have some understanding on new curriculum reform and are keen to carry out it, but at the same time they worry that it might be a mere formality. These findings will provide more scientific, practical and targeted basis for both the Chinese teachers' professional development and the new curriculum reform.
