| 摘 要： | 本文在分析我国高等教育改革与发展形势和政策变化的基础上,提出了当前我国地方大学发展的机遇和新的使命,并探讨了地方大学的发展战略,即立足地方,全面开放办学战略;注重品质,追求卓越战略;追踪前沿,高位发展战略;丰富内涵,文化创新战略。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the reform and development situation of higher education of China and its policy change,this paper advances the development opportunity and the new mission of local colleges and universities of our country at present,and probes into the development strategies for local colleges and universities: being based upon the reality of the locality and running the university openly at all levels;attaching importance to quality and pursuing excellence;tracing new frontiers and developing at high level;rich connotation and cultural innovation. |
