This paper used much historical material to research "Xuetian" of Guangdong in Qing Dynasty . Firstly, the paper thought that the quantity of "Xuetian" of Guangdong many scholars said before was wrong . Furthermore, The paper estimated the quantity again. Secondly, the paper exhaustively told the source of "uetian" in Qing Dynasty. The land was mainly appropriated by the government and donated by some officials and landlords. The last problem is about the managing of "Xuetian". Although there were many types of management, the government always paid much attention to the operation of "Xuetian" in order to ensure the income.
