高校体育教学改革存在问题及对策研究

高等教育对多数人群而言是学校教育的终结，因此，高校体育不仅是学校体育的一个重要组成部分，还必须担负起向社会延伸的健康教育的使命，是终身体育的一个重要环节。然而，我国高校体育教育中存在着一些不尽如人意的地方，影响了高校学生的全面发展，有必要采取措施加以改进。
