| 摘 要： | 日本是老龄化的重灾区，对日本老龄化问题进行研究发现，老龄化给日本社会带来诸多困难，但同时日本采取了许多措施。取得了显著成效。通过比较的方法，借鉴日本多元化为老服务的经验，提出应对中国老龄化问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Japan has a heavy old-aging problem. Through the view of the aging problem in Japan, we found that aging problem has brought so many difficulties to the society of Japan. And at the same time, Japan takes out lots of measures to solve the aging problem and much significant effects has come. Through comparing with Japan, drawing lessons from Japan and learning some pluralistic services for the old-aged, the paper gave some advices to solve the aging problem in China. |
