摘    要:分析以富士康为代表的代工企业的管理特点,结合劳动者需求的变化,探讨劳动关系恶化的原因,在此基础上提出缓和劳资矛盾、促进劳动关系和谐的对策。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the characteristics of " the management style of Foxconn", and discussed the causes of deterioration of labor relations on the premise of the analyzing of laborer's change in demand. Based on this, it put forward the countermeasures to moderate the labor relations, and promote the relationship in harmony.
