| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the characteristics of ＂ the management style of Foxconn＂, and discussed the causes of deterioration of labor relations on the premise of the analyzing of laborer＇s change in demand. Based on this, it put forward the countermeasures to moderate the labor relations, and promote the relationship in harmony. |
