| 摘 要： | 文章采用时间序列协整分析、回归分析等方法,利用2000～2009年辽宁省国民经济各项统计数据,从静态和动态效应两方面研究探讨辽宁省软件服务外包产业的发展与整体经济的发展关系。结果表明,从静态角度看,辽宁省软件服务外包产业发展对总体经济增长具有明显的促进作用,并对贸易扩大具有直接的推动效应;从动态角度看,一方面显示软件外包产业对全省产业结构具有间接的调整作用,另一方面,虽然其与外商直接投资之间的相关性较弱,但在吸引外来投资方面依然前景广阔。 |

| Abstract: | Based on 2000-2009 economic statistics of Liaoning and Static & Dynamic Effect,this paper studied the development relations between Liaoning software outsourcing development and overall economic development using Co-integration analysis and Regression analysis.The static perspective indicates that the outsourcing industry of Liaoning software service has greatly promoted the growth and trade.The dynamic perspective shows that the outsourcing industry has played an indirect adjusting part in industrial structure of Liaoning;while it also shows that although the outsourcing industry has no obvious connection with FDI,the future development prospects are bright. |
