工业遗产保护初探

工业遗产作为文化遗产的重要组成部分,记载着工业文明的历史进程,具有其独特的价值。文章综述了工业遗产的概念、构成和价值,分析了西方发达国家工业遗产保护案例;指出我国工业遗产保护面临历史文化价值观的挑战、城市化进程与产业结构调整的挑战以及保护主体缺位和资金缺乏的挑战;通过加强工业遗产宣传与知识普及、开展工业遗产保护相关法规的研究与制定、加强工业遗产保护的规划制定等措施来保护工业遗产。

Primary Research on the Industrial Heritage Protection

As an important component of cultural heritage,industrial heritage has been recording the historical progress of the industrial civilization,which has its unique value.The paper,reviewing the concept,the structure and the value of industrial heritage,analyses some cases of industrial heritage protecting in western developed countries,and proposes the coming challenges of industrial heritage protection in China,which includes the challenge from the values of historical culture,the challenge from the progress of urbanizing and the industrial restructuring.To protect industrial heritage,several solutions and measures are proposed such as enhancing the dissemination of the industrial heritage knowledge,researching and constituting the laws and regulations on industrial heritage protection,and enhancing the programming of industrial heritage protection,and so on.
