基于系统动力学的软件外包企业技术能力成长分析

企业技术能力的提升对软件外包企业增强市场竞争力具有重要意义。文章通过构建基于内部研发的软件外包企业技术能力的系统动力学模型,研究了企业技术能力系统中各变量的动态关系,并以东软集团的数据对模型进行了模拟和测试。研究表明,研发投入比例、研发成果转化率以及人员投入产出系数对技术能力提升有显著正向影响,人力资本与物力资本关系以及研发激励制度对企业技术能力成长有较大影响。因此,重视内部研发、为研发人员创造良好的工作环境、选取具有可行性的研发项目均能有效促进中国软件外包企业技术能力的提升。

Analysis of Technological Capability Development of Software Outsourcing Enterprise Based on System Dynamics

Technological capability development of the enterprise is of great significance for software outsourcing enterprise to enhance their competitiveness.Based on the system dynamics model of technological capability of software outsourcing enterprise of in-house research,the paper examines the dynamic relationship among the variables in the enterprise technological capability systems,and the model is tested by using the data of Neusoft Group.The research shows that research and development investment proportion,the transformation rate results and staff input-output coefficients have a remarkable positive influence on technological capability development.The relationship between human capital and physical capital and research and development incentive systems have a greater impact on technological capability.Therefore,valuing in-house research,creating a favorable environment for developers,and selecting the projects of economic feasibility will effectively promote the technical capabilities of software outsourcing enterprise.
