| 摘 要： | 文章在回顾高校学生管理中的知识的相关文献基础上,界定了高校学生管理中的知识的内涵,即高校学生管理部门及学生管理者个人在长期的工作实践中形成的对学生管理工作内在本质和规律的认识;构建了高校学生管理中的知识体系,将高校学生管理中的知识分为管理对象认知、学生管理理论以及学生管理经验三个方面;设计了高校学生管理中的知识的测量量表,并以东北地区13所高校的学生管理工作者为样本进行了实证检验,结果显示该量表具有良好的信度和效度。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the relevant literature review about the knowledge of college student management,the paper defines the content of the knowledge of student management,which refers to the understanding of intrinsic nature and the rules of student management in the long term practice from the department and student managers.It built the knowledge system of student management and divided the knowledge into object recognition,student management theory and student management experience.And it designed the measurement scale and made an empirical test from student managers as samples in 13 northeastern colleges.The results showed that the scale has good reliability and validity. |
