| 摘 要： | 中国的现代化道路采取的是＂压缩型＂的跨越式发展模式,在几十年内走完西方发达国家数百年完成的现代化里程,极大地刺激了风险的产生,风险在经济、政治、文化和社会等很多领域不断呈现。乌尔里希·贝克风险社会理论对当今社会所面临的风险状况的描述和分析,为认识、分析和解决中国社会所面临的风险问题提供了深刻的启示和丰富的借鉴。有鉴于此,需要最大限度地防范和规避风险,走综合生态现代化的发展道路,谋求合理的经济社会发展;建设服务型政府,实现风险治理的全球合作;增强人们的风险观念和风险意识;反思中国特色现代化进程,维护社会稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会。

| Abstract: | China’s modernization is a leap-forward development model named "compression type",which has completed the modernization of Western developed countries in decades,so the risk takes place in many areas.Beck’s risk society theory describes the risks of the society,providing a deep inspiration and a wealth of reference for us to understand,analyze and solve social risks of China.Thus,we need to learn from risk society theory,prevent and avoid risks,pursue reasonable development of economy and society,implement global cooperation of risk management,enhance risk concept and awareness and protect social stability to construct a harmonious society. |
