| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化背景下,如何通过市场机制合理地配置大学生这一重要的人力资源就成为一个亟待解决的问题。当前大学毕业生就业形势较为严峻,其原因是多方面的。解决大学毕业生就业困难的问题,需要政府、高校及学生个人等共同努力。
