摘    要:对于组织现象的研究,传统管理学一般只从组织内部的结构、领导、激励和控制等方面进行研究,对于组织与其生存的环境、组织与组织之间关系,以及为什么许多不同的组织却有着相同或类似的结构这类问题,很少研究。组织社会学的新制度主义从静态和动态两方面对组织的趋同现象进行了比较系统的解释,为人们更深刻地理解组织现象,解决组织问题提供了崭新的思路。周雪光的《社会学十讲》对此进行了比较全面的描述。本文对该书有关内容进行了归纳和评述。

Abstract:Generally, traditional management theory expounds an organization in terms of its internal structure, leadership, incentives and control. However, little research is given to the environment it lives in, the relationships it has with other organizations and the same or similar structure many different organizations have. The neo-institutionalism in organizational sociology systematically gives both static and dynamic expositions on the tendency of organizational convergence. Neo-institutionalism provides a totally new thinking for people to more deeply understand organizational phenomenon and solve the organizational issues. This paper is a summary and review of "Ten Lectures on Organizational Sociology" by Dr. Zhou Xueguang, in which a comprehensive explication is given on the development and theory of neo-institutionalism in organizational sociology.
