摘    要:结合新时期高校领导干部能力的实际,根据层次分析法(AHP)的基本原理,建立了高校领导干部能力的评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评判法和Matlab软件,对某高校领导干部能力进行了评价与研究,为增强高校领导干部能力提供了理论参考。
