| 摘 要： | 汉末延康元年九品中正制创立时,仅针对在职官员;曹魏时期中正的评价仅限于在职官员与进入选举程序者,并存在着两种话语系统;中正之"品"在魏末分化为"官品"与"资品",是晋初上层子弟起家"官品"与"资品"之间围绕四级级差上下浮动的原因。曹魏是"士族"社会的孕育时期,关于该制度在这个时期实施情况的传统观点有不少可商榷之处。
