| 摘 要： | 对特色化中医人才培养模式的内涵、培养目标、培养过程、培养制度及目前存在的问题等进行了全面的探讨和研究。提出了中医特色化人才的新定义——扎实的中医基础理论功底、较强的中医临床技能、传统的中医思维方式的中医型“宽口径、厚基础、强能力、高素质”人才,并分析了科学的特色化中医人才的培养方案的特点、目前存在的问题及解决的具体举措。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the main content,aims,process,system and problems in the cultivation of specialized TCM personnel.The author puts forward a new definition for the specialized TCM personnel: a solid TCM theoretical basis, good TCM clinical skills,and a traditional Chinese medicine thinking mode with "a wide spectrum of knowledge,solid basis,strong ability and high quality." The author also analyzes the characteristics in the plan for cultivating specialized TCM personnel and presents solutions for some of the problems. |
