马克思的社会技术思想及其当代意义

马克思的社会技术思想是一个亟待开发的“富矿”。在马克思的视野中,所谓社会技术就是人们在生产、交往中所形成的“社会关系”、“社会联系”中蕴涵的规范的、稳定的实践性知识体系。社会技术是自然技术发生作用的前提,社会技术中经济社会技术具有原生性。社会技术是社会管理的技术,社会技术也是社会生产力。研究马克思的社会技术思想,对于发展唯物史观具有重要的理论价值,对发展和完善社会技术哲学具有重要的学术价值,对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有方法论意义。

Marx's Thought of Socio-technology and Its Contemporary Values

It is a pity that no one places proper emphasis on the idea of socio-technology that has been profoundly concealing in Marx's thought.In Marx's view,the so-called socio-technology is a normal,stable and practical knowledge system contained in "social relationship" and/or "social contact" which was formed in the process of people's production and interaction.Socio-technology is the prerequisite for the function served by natural science/technology,and the econo-social technology included in socio-technology is primitive.On the other hand,the socio-technology is also the technology for social management,i.e.,an integral part of social productivity.In a broad sense,the study on Marx's thought of socio-technology is theoretically of importance to developing historical materialism and socio-technology philosophy.Also,it is of methodological significance to constructing a socialist harmonious society.
