论日本等国城市交通管理

进入 2 0世纪 80年代以后 ,随着日本城市交通设施的不断完善和汽车数量的急剧增加 ,尽管对日本经济的发展有所促进 ,但也加剧了城市道路的拥挤和城市环境的恶化。这给市民的健康、生活和社会、经济的持续发展等都带来了危害。因此 ,加强城市交通管理 ,引进先进的管理模式 ,减少和消除汽车交通堵塞 ,降低大气污染物的排放量 ,保护城市环境不受破坏就成为日本政府部门和全社会共同关心的课题。

On the Urban Traffic Management in Japan

Since 1980s, with the progressive development of Japanese urban traffic facilities and the sharp increase of number of automobiles, Japanese economy has achieved great improvement, but it has also intensified the crowdedness over roads and environmental deterioration in Japanese urban area.it has affected the health of citizens and the sustainable development of society and economy in Japan. Thus the introduction of advanced management patterns, reduction and elimination of traffic jams,lowering the volume of exhaust, and all the measures for Japanese urban environmental protectin have become the current issues both for government and for the whole society.
