| 摘 要： | 大学与政府间的中介组织是大学中介组织的原生形态,是人们为了协调大学与政府间的矛盾而做出的一项制度性安排.目前,世界上许多国大学与政府间中介性组织已趋于成熟,但在我国,由于高等教育集权管理体制的局限,大学与政府间中介性组织一直没有获得实质性的进展.本文以现状、原因、对策为主线,对我国大学与政府间中介性组织进行了系统研究.

| Abstract: | Intermediary organization,between universities and government,is the primary form of butter organization of universities and government,engaged in harmonizing the relations between them.At the present,It is coming into maturity in the many other countries,but in China,hasn't been made any progress virtually resulted from the management structure of higher education.This article focuses its study on it from the present situation,cause and countermeasure. |
