| 摘 要： | 停止侵害是传统民事侵权的救济方式。在相邻环境侵权中,停止侵害的适用受到多种因素的影响。根据利益衡量原则,综合考虑,可以采取停止侵害、部分停止和损害代替等方式,来维护当事人的权益,救济受害人。
