农民进城务工渠道及其影响因素分析

我国农民进城务工所选择的渠道各不相同,大体上有老乡或亲戚朋友介绍、老家的当地政府统一组织、看到招工广告而来、职业中介介绍、劳务派遣机构组织、自己找上门等几种。从调查情况来看,最主要的渠道是通过老乡或亲戚朋友介绍。影响农民进城务工渠道选择的因素主要包括进城就业成本、政府为进城农民提供的就业服务、职业介绍机构的服务与声誉以及进城农民自身的素质等几个方面。为了提高农民进城务工渠道选择的组织化程度,政府应该努力提高进城农民素质并加强就业指导,广开就业渠道,以及加强劳动力市场的管理、整顿和规范职业中介行为。

Analysis of the factors to affect the approaches for farmers' employment in cities

Farmers take various approaches for themselves' employment in cities,such as recommendation by native fellows,relatives or friends;organization by the local government;being informed by the ad of jobs;recommendation by agency;organization by labor dispatch department;independently seeking for jobs.According to investigation,the major approach is recommendation by native fellows,relatives or friends.The factors affecting farmers′ choice for the approaches of employment in cities are the costs for seeking jobs in cities,service offered by the government,service and fame of employment agencies,and quality of farmers migrating into cities.To improve the organization of farmers' choice of approaches for employment in cities,the government ought to make an effort to improve the quality of farmers migrating into cities,reinforce the employment guidance,extensively create the job opportunities,improve the management of labor market,rectify and standardize the behaviors of employment agencies.
