关于高校体制改革若干问题的思考

文章分别对我国高等院校中的职称评定、科研立项、教学工作以及教师工作量的设定及其奖惩措施的改革提出了自己的看法,最后得出结论:高校只有真正实行科学的按劳分配原则,建立奖惩分明、优胜劣汰的机制,才能充满生机和活力,不断取得发展。

On the systematic reform of colleges and universities

This article mainly involves some of my points of view on the systematic reform of colleges and universities in terms of grading the titles of technical and professional posts,establishment of scientific research projects,assessment of teach-ing quality and amount of teaching work as well as rewards and punishment.It is pointed out that only based on the real scientific mechanism of distribution according to work,rewarding the good and punishing the bad and the aurvival of the fittest,can colleges and universities keep their power and energy to win develop ment.
