浅议跨文化交际能力的培养

摘    要:跨文化交际能力的培养模式应具有以下特点:其一,它是以文化意识(culturalawareness)的培养为中心;其二,这种培养模式应注重态度和情感层面,也包括认知层面,特别是批判性的反思能力;其三,它并不局限于目的语文化,而是通用于与任何他文化成员之间的人际交往。文化交际能力的培养分为跨越和超越两个层面。跨文化交际能力培养的方法和途径主要有:加强对比、扩大获取文化信息的渠道,加快文化适应的速度、语言教学与文化教学相结合等。

Abstract:The training of the Intercultural communication ability has the following characteristics. Firstly, it regards the cultural awareness as the focus of its study. Secondly, it attaches importance to one's attitude, emotion, acquirement, and critical reflection. Thirdly, it can not only be applied to the target language, but also be applied to the communication with people from other cultures. It has two levels, the spanning level and the exceeding level. The main training approaches include strengthening the comparison, extending the acquiring channel, accelerating the cultural adjustment and combining the language teaching with culture teaching.
