论我国农民健康权的平等保护

农民为我国经济社会发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献,但是国家回报他们的并不公平.农民本是公民,却无法获得作为公民所应享有的健康权的平等保护.作为人权的农民健康权,其现状堪忧,基于人权保障的需要,通过完善立法、体系化保护以及开放性保护,积极促进该权利的实现.

On Equal Protection of Farmers' Health Right

Farmers make an indespenable contribution to our economic and social development, but they get an unfair return from the country. Being citizens, farmers can not be entitled to the equal protection of health right. The right to health is a basic human right, for which the status is by no means satisfying. Based on the need for the protection of human rights, through the improvement of legislation, the systematic protection and open protection,those messures may actively promote the realization of the right.
