| Abstract: | The development of productive force, capital centralization and market competition promote the sustained evolvement of enterpeises which bring into play the functions stimulation, optimization cllocation of resources and rational profit distribution. The suppositional enterprises will be the trend of the development of the structural system in the future. This trend has determined that in the information age, the form of enterprises is a competitive, dynamic and evolving system in which "oligarch businesses are dominant while the large, medium and small ones coexist". |
