| 摘 要： | 对湖北省不同规模城市进行外来劳动力对城镇就业替代实证分析发现,外来劳动力对本地劳动力替代的范围和水平有明显的扩展。外来劳动力在金融保险业已经占据主导位置,在采掘业、制造业等行业外来劳动力对城镇劳动力就业具有较高的替代水平。批发零售、贸易、餐饮业和社会服务业随城市规模的增加,替代水平迅速增加。

| Abstract: | s:According to the analysis on the employment substitute of outside workforce to urban workforce in different scale cities, we found the range and level of substitute expand obviously. The out- side workforce has already occupied the leading position in the in- surance. The outside workforce has higher substituting levels to ur- ban workforce's employment in the extractive industry, manufactur- ing industry. With the increasement of the city size, the substitute level runs up rapidly in wholesale and retail industry, trade indus- try, catering trade and social service trade. |
