| 摘 要： | 分析了大连保税区建设离岸金融市场的必要性和可行性,对离岸金融市场的模式进行了比较研究,并在此基础上将以内外分离为基础的适度渗漏型离岸金融市场模式作为大连保税区离岸金融市场的首选,提出了创建大连保税区离岸金融市场的策略.

| Abstract: | Offshore financial market is a newly developed international financial market in real sense. The article first analyzes the necessity and the feasibility to construct the offshore financial market in Dalian Free Trade Zone, then makes comparisons among different models of offshore financial market. Based on these analyses, the paper recommends to adopt the on-off separated mode as the base, with reasonable on-off mixed mode as the first choice for Dalian Free Trade Zone offshore financial market, and at the end of the paper, the author introduces the strategies to construct Dalian Free Trade Zone offshore financial market. |
