| 摘 要： | 研究型大学的根本任务是能够培养出高水平的探索性、开拓性人才，产生出高水平的科研成果。而研究生教育的目的就是培养高素质的创新人才，开展学习研究工作，为学校的学科建设服务，为社会的发展服务。大力加强研究生教育是建设高水平研究型大学的基础。

To strengthen the graduate education is the foundation of building high-level research universities. |
