| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化步伐的加快,农村土地征用面积越来越大,失地农民也越来越多,因而失地农民就业问题日益凸现。从目前情况来看,解决城市化带来的众多失地农民就业的最佳途径是自主创业。研究失地农民创业的制约因素,提出合理有效的建议,无论是从理论上还是从现实上都具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | With the accelerated pace of urbanization,more and more landless farmers come into being.It is therefore urgent to solve the unemployment problem,and of great significance both in theory and practice to do research in landless farmers' business constraints.Judging from the current situation,self-employment venture is the best way to cope with this problem. |
