| Abstract: | The Paper tries to reconstruct the system of evaluating the achievements of the local leaders,makes an over-all analysis and comparison of the index system by using the analytical hierarchy process from the angle of quantitative analysis,and scientifically determines the weight in the index system of evaluating the achievements of the local leaders. |
