| 摘 要： | 《民办教育促进法》的出台，使民办学校依法获得了与公办学校同等的法律地位，使民办学校的健康发展有了法律保障。《民办教育促进法》赋予民办学校的办学自主权是一种公权力，要把它完全落到实处，必须树立依法行政、依法治教的观念和执行行为规范，廓清民办学校与政府之间的权力边界，这是落实民办学校办学自主权的基本保证。

| Abstract: | Self-control right of non-governmental education is protected by \%non-governmental education promote law\%. Private schools acquire identical status with national schools in law and they can develop smoothly because of carrying out \%non-governmental education promote law\%. In order to make \%non-governmental education promote law\% operated, we should establish some concepts and rules of laws in non-governmental education and make clear verge of rights between government and private schools. |
