| 摘 要： | 文章分析了新生代农民工与老一代农民工的不同特点,指出新生代农民工的经济价值在不断提高,并利用人的经济价值理论解释了民工荒的原因;新生代农民工人力资本的提高促进了经济的增长,经济价值的提高也使新生代农民工的劳动力成本增加,倒逼粗放式经济增长方式进行转变;伴随着新生代农民工经济价值的提高,与之相关的经济、政治法律制度也要进行相应地调整以适应这种变化。
