| 摘 要： | 文章利用大香格里拉地区新农村、新家庭计划人口健康促进项目西藏自治区试点县的基线调查与终期实地调查结果,透过健康权利的视角,结合4项基本公共卫生服务及生殖健康等主要指标进行项目评估。研究发现,虽然部分指标的数据还有待改善,但从整体上来说,在西藏地区实施人口健康促进项目在一定程度上改善了农牧民聚居区的基本公共卫生服务,提高了农牧民的健康意识及人口健康储量。
