Volunteers are a very special part of NGO.They play an important role in the development of the organizations,but volunteers management is different from the common employee management.In reality,it has not been attached importance to.The main problems of the NGO volunteers management are the lack of strict selection procedures and mechanisms,the sufficient guidance and training and a reasonable incentive mechanism.These problems have affected the volunteers' making better contributions to organizations,so we should perfect the management mechanism from three aspects:the selection of volunteers,volunteer training and guidance,and encouragement of volunteers.
