| 摘 要： | 基于高技术产业分省的面板数据,选取固定资产原值、职工人数、科研经费作为投入变量,销售额作为产出变量,采用动态面板变系数模型分析不同地区科研经费对高技术产业产出贡献的弹性系数.研究表明：中国不同省市科研经费对产出贡献的弹性系数有其自身的特点,总体上中西部地区的弹性系数要大于东部地区.对比静态面板估计结果,动态面板估计的弹性系数普遍较低,更加接近实际情况.

| Abstract: | Selecting fixed assets, labor and S&T invest as input factors, sales as output factor, this paper estimates the elastic of S&T invest in different provinces to high-tech sales base on varying-coefficients estimation by dynamic panel data. The results show the elastics of S&T invest in different provinces has theire own characteristics. The elastics in middle area and west area are higher than west area. The elastic of dynamic panel data is lower than that of common panel data. |
