| 摘 要： | 学术界在讨论中国传统思想中＂以人为本＂、＂民本思想＂等观念的历史渊源的时候,都不可避免地涉及到先秦典籍《管子》。经过对《管子》中涉及＂本＂的论述进行解读、归纳,发现《管子》中对＂本＂的不同表达,如＂某某之本＂、＂以某为本＂、＂操本＂、＂务本＂等,在其含义和内容方面是很有区别的。纵观《管子》中涉及＂本＂的论述,可以看到其中包含的以农为重、不排斥全面的经济调控;以治为核、不忽视王霸的思想引导;以君为要、不错过点滴的制君良机;以人为本、不限于功利的耕战之资的社会思想。
