1996-2005年福建省出口商品比较优势的实证分析

采用显示比较优势指数RCA、贸易竞争优势指数TC和M ichaely指数MI等3个比较优势评价指标,根据联合国的标准国际贸易分类SITC,研究福建省1996-2005年出口商品的比较优势。对各类商品的3个指标的变化趋势及其原因进行综合分析,结果显示:福建省出口商品的比较优势主要在劳动密集型产品,即SITC6和8类产品;资源密集型产品中除了SITC0中的一些农产品和水产品具有比较优势外,其余SITC2、3、4类产品均处于比较劣势;资本、技术密集型产品中SITC7类产品已从比较劣势逐渐转变成比较优势,不过在福建的生产环节仍属于劳动密集的最终加工装配环节,而SITC5类化工产品长期处于比较劣势,没有任何好转趋势。

Empirical analysis of comparative advantages of exported commodities from Fujian Province during between 1996 and 2005

The comparative advantages evaluation indices such as the revealed comparative advantages(RCA),trade competition(TC) and Michaely(MI) are used to investigate the comparative advantages of exported commodities from Fujian Province during between 1996 and 2005 according to the United Nations Standard International Trade Classification(SITC).Analysis of the dynamics of the three indices of various commodities and their causes is conducted.The results have showed that the comparative advantages of exported commodities from Fujian Province are mainly in labor-intensive products that belong to SITC6 and SITC8.In resource-intensive products,the products in SITC2,SITC3 and SITC4 have comparative disadvantages except some agricultural and aquatic products in SITC0.In capital and technology intensive products,the comparative disadvantages of the products in SITC7 have gradually turned into comparative advantages,but their production link in Fujian still belongs to laborintensive final processing.All the time,the chemical industry products in SITC5 still keeps their comparative disadvantages and there is no sign of improvement.
