| Abstract: | To strengthen the construction of learning atmosphere in universities is an objective demand to the scientific development of the universities,personnel cultivation and the students＇ ideological and political education.The key to construct the learning atmosphere is to carry out scientific analysis and probe into the causes.University must increase the learning atmosphere from the ways such as management of coordination,the strengthening of ideological and political education,the perfection of mechanism,the exploration of innovative carriers,the setup of new type of teacher-student relationship and the multielement of the tutoring staff. |
