对学生评价课堂教学质量的反思

摘    要:教学质量评估是教学管理的重要工作。以学生为本的大学课堂教学质量评估体系,因评估指标的模糊性、学生评议时掺杂个人情绪以及对培养目标、课程设置的不了解,导致评估缺乏客观性,使评估结果有失偏颇。鉴于此,教学评估应在遵循高校教学活动规律的基础上,将同行评议和学生评议结合起来,以保证科学、客观、全面、公正地评估教师的业务素质和教学质量,并通过教学质量评估的导向与激励作用调动教师教学积极性,促进教学内容与方法的改革,从而提升本科教学和人才培养的质量。

Abstract:Teaching quality assessment is an important job in colleges. The assessment conclusions of evaluation based on student-oriented system may be prejudiced under some circumstances due to such reasons like uncertainties of the evaluation,lack of objective criteria,assessment that mingle with personal feeling,and lack the knowledge of training objective and curriculum system. Therefore,teaching assessment should conform to the rules of college teaching and combine results of peer review and student comments to ensure a rational,complete,objective and fair evaluation of the teaching quality. With the orientation and incentive functions of evaluation of teaching quality,the teachers are mobilized to innovate in the improvement of the content of courses and teaching methods,and the quality of college teaching and talent training is thus promoted.
