| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济的深入发展,经济纠纷和其他财产权益纠纷日益增多,全社会对仲裁服务的需求越来越大,对仲裁效率的要求也越来越高,我国现行仲裁制度已不能完全适应经济和社会发展的需要.当前,如何拓展仲裁服务领域和提升仲裁服务功能,很重要的一个方面就是要在我国大力推行网上仲裁方式,通过具体分析网上仲裁的制约因素,积极探索推行网上仲裁的思路和途径,加快仲裁制度的创新与改革.
