摘    要:有效性是衡量高校思想政治教育的最终标准。思想政治教育的有效性实质是指思想政治教育结果对预定目标的实现程度。本文从管理学角度将高校思想政治教育过程分为确定目标、实施教育、实现目标、考核反馈四个环节并分别作了探析 ,以期对高校思想政治工作有所促进。

Abstract:Effectivity is the final criteria that measures the university ideological and political education. The essence of this is how much it can realize its the predetermined objective. This thesis divides the course of university ideological and political education under the following four headings as given by management: determining objective, implementing education, realizing objective, and examination and feedback. It also explores each of the four headings in order to improve the university's overall ideological and political work.
