高校班主任工作新走向

21世纪是知识的世纪,信息化和知识经济的特征对我们的教育提出了强烈的变革要求,作为高校教育工作中的一部分——班主任工作,怎样变革才能适应知识经济时代呢?根据高校的发展趋势和21世纪的特征,笔者认为高校班主任工作应该围绕培养适应社会需要的人才这一中心,注重思想政治和市场二导向,讲求科学、艺术和前瞻三性.做好“加、减、乘、除”四法,树立平等、服务、责任、法律和创新五意识。

SURVEY OF THE TREND OF CLASS SUPERVISOR'S WORK IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

Knowledge is quite important in the 21st century and there is a great demand of innovation for education because of the informationization and knowledge economy. Then as the supervisor work is an important part of work in colleges and universities, in what way can we make it suitable for the time of knowledge? According to the features of the 21st century and the development of colleges and universities, I think we should pay much attention to fostering the qualified personnel that are needed by our society; the guiding of idiology and market; the instructing of science, art and foreseeability. And also we should adopt the four methods: " plus, minus, times and divide" , and establish the ideas of equality, service, responsibility, law and innovation.
