| 摘 要： | 随着我国高职教育的迅猛发展,积极思考和探讨如何确立和坚持实施"以人为本"的教育理念,组织和实施通识教育与专业教育结合,科学教育与人文教育融合,学会做事与做人结合的人才培养模式,对最终实现高职教育的培养目标,促进学生的全面可持续发展,真正做到以人为本,具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | High vocational education revoles "people-oriented",which is the premise of social development and ultimate goal.The starting point must follow "people-oriented"and the final conclusion must realize "people-oriented".With the rapid development of high vocational education in China,the following are of great significance for the ultimate realization of higher vocational education training objectives,promoting people's sustainable and comprehensive development and truly realizing people-oriented,which include positive thinking and exploring how to establish and adhere to "people-oriented" education idea,organizing and implementating general education and professional education,science education and humanities education fusion,the training mode combination of leaning to work and to be a person. |
