| 摘 要： | 传统农业发展方式加剧了农村劳动力就业危机,农村的非农就业机会缺乏导致农村劳动力利用不充分,从而引起农村居民收入增幅缓慢。大农业具有顺生态性和多功能性;我国发展大农业有其必要性和可行性。提出大农业依靠一、二、三产业的融合和新的社会分工,拓展和深化农业产业链,使与农业相关的非农职业需求不断扩大,从而拓展劳动力市场。

| Abstract: | The developmental way of traditional agriculture has intensified the crisis of rural employment and resulted in the decrease of rural households' income.This paper first defines the mega-agriculture,pointing out its friendly-environment and multifunction.Based on this,the mechanism of mega-agriculture pushing rural employment is discussed.It comes up with that mega-agriculture enlarges rural labor force market by integration of industry and new division.And then it sums up the specific courses of mega-agric... |
