| 摘 要： | 遵循通识教育与专业教育基本理论，在充分分析交通运输行业人才需求趋势的前提下，西南交通大学交通运输专业以“立足铁路、面向大交通、服务经济建设”为指导思想，启动了创新型工程应用与研究型人才培养体系的改革，从人才培养目标、培养方案、实践教学体系三个方面进行了培养方案的优化重构，并实施了教育教学研究、专业团队和精品课程、教材体系建设及科研成果向教学资源转化等五项保障措施，使交通运输专业人才培养具有了个性化、多样化，满足了不同层次、不同规格的用人需求，很好地适应了交通运输科技发展的需要，效果显著。
