| 摘 要： | 在元代《居家必备事类全集》和明代《由醇录》中有一种题为秦氏或秦观的《劝善录》，此书实际上并非秦观所撰，而是宋元之际的人杂抄《善诱文》十五则、《乐善录》二十一则拼凑而成的一部伪书。秦氏《劝善录》是宋元时期劝善小说流行的一个表现和事例，正反映出宋元时期世俗化社会对劝善小说的爱好和需求，此书的小说史意义和思想史背景值得关注。
