| 摘 要： | 迄今为止,家族企业研究已经发展成为多学科交叉的系统领域,并与经济现实中家族企业管理问题的涌现紧密关联.本文通过评述中外家族企业研究的最新议题,对研究内容和理论发展进行比较,梳理跨学科研究背景下中外家族企业研究的发展脉络.文章发现,在代际传承、家族创业、社会责任和资本市场等领域萌生的现实问题,将成为中国家族企业研究的新主题；后续研究的开展不仅应借鉴西方前沿研究,更应通过扎根于中国本土情景,发展家族企业研究的中国理论.
