| 摘 要： | 效率问题是经济学研究的核心,效率现象的前提是资源的稀缺性和有用性,围绕着"生产什么"、"怎样生产"和"为谁生产",人类必须从投入和产出的角度,将有限的资源进行优化配置和充分利用,使最稀缺的资源被用于最需要的地方,作为效率的概念,是对这种比较结果的度量。效率的主体是"社会人",效率水平是产权内在约束和激励的外化,效率机制是内在动力和外在压力的统一。采取不同的分类方法,可以将效率表述为多种具体形式。
