| 摘 要： | 本文重新分析了统一后的秦王朝速亡的原因,对传统的"暴政说"或"专制说"提出了质疑,认为秦王朝的速亡,是由于复国势力的普遍存在,增加了反秦阵营的实力;对边疆的大量用兵,削弱了对内镇压的力量;浩繁的工程建设,造成了国家经济的极度危机,而这一切又是建立新体制所必须付出的"历史代价"。

| Abstract: | This article re-analyzes the reasons on Qin Dynasty's rapid collapse after unification and brings forward query on traditional parlance of " Autarchy "and "Tyranny".The reasons of the rapid collapse are as follows: the massive restoring-country force increases the strength of anti-Qin camps;large scale resorting to arms to the border areas weakens the power of inner repression;numerous project constructions aggravated economic crisis.But all these are the necessary historical price of establishing new system. |
