The Significance of Historical Consciousness in Journalism Study

A great amount of unhealthy motions exists in journalism study. Those motions that may suffocate the academic study rest on the crossroad leading the way towards the exploration of knowledge. This article suggests that the forming of those motions is because of weak consciousness. Therefore, it is imminent to have eyesight to penetrate the history in order to correct the barren and fastuous attitude in dissertating the academic issues. Whether the journalism study could become a real science depends on the extend that historical consciousness is built as a holy position by scholars.
